Dr Calina Ouliaris (BComm/LLB (Hons), GDLP, GradDipPsych, MD, MMed (Psych), MFMH, FRANZCP) is a Consultant Psychiatrist, Scuba Diving Instructor and Master Certified Demartini Method® Facilitator. She has consulted for thousands of clients globally particularly in the areas of mindbody wellness, peak performance and leadership.

With over two decades of experience in the consulting space, Dr CalinaO has acquired experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, non-profit and academic sectors giving her a unique edge in managing complex cases and tailoring services to each individual. She is also a warm, engaging and heartfelt presenter who is skilled at catering to the needs of specific groups.

Noting the importance of connecting with one’s body to process stressful events and the limitations of traditional talk therapies, Dr CalinaO began exploring somatic therapies in the early 2000s and fell in love with scuba diving. In 2022, Dive In™ was born to share the therapeutic benefits of scuba diving with the world.

CO-FOUNDER & LEAD CONSULTANT OF DiveIn™

Simon Lugan is the co-founder of Dive In™ and is accredited as a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Bathysmed® Instructor & Ashtanga Yoga Instructor.

Simon's life changed when he started scuba diving in 2011. His introduction to the underwater world provided an escape from the stresses of working in the high tech startup industry and an adventure which prompted growth and newfound confidence in himself. Inspired by the positive changes scuba diving made to his life, Simon decided to pursue a career in the scuba diving industry to share these benefits with others.

It is most meaningful to Simon that each individual, no matter their age, baggage or disability, have the best experience underwater. This was not always possible when working for conventional dive operations.

In 2022, Dive In™ was developed to offer scuba diving as a somatic practice via a framework that emphasises physical and psychological safety, facilitating mindbody wellness and personal growth.
