CONSULTATIONS
What happens in a typical consultation?
Each consultation is uniquely tailored to your needs. No matter how complex the issue, we focus on the heart of the matter, offering you maximum results in a minimum amount of time.
Please do not worry if you are not used to speaking and/or do not have clarity on what you would like to achieve. Simply decide that you would like to live differently and leave the rest to us.
How long is a consultation?
Your first consultation with us will typically be for 90 minutes. Subsequent consultations are typically 50 minutes but may be tailored to your needs.
How often will our sessions be?
We recommend that you begin your journey with our Signature Program of 10 weekly sessions. Aside from resolving key challenges and/or achieving key goals, we will also share with you key principles of human behavior and give you the foundations to tune into your mindbody, regulate your emotions, master your mindset and live authentically.
Once you have a solid foundation in the principles we use, you are entitled to priority booking for individual consultations at loyalty rates.
Do you offer in-person consultations?
We primarily operate online (Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp) and offer in-person consultations at no charge when we have a consultant situated in your city or with conditions and fees to cover travel costs.
Do I have to use the webcam?
Not at all. In fact, most of our consultations are conducted without the webcam, offering you the highest level of privacy.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
How do I make payment?
Our preferred payment method is via Wise or direct bank transfer. You may also make payment via via Paypal or credit card with an additional 4% surcharge.
When do I make payment?
Payment is required in full to confirm your consultation or registration for a program.
Are your services tax-deductible?
If our sessions relate directly to your work or professional life you may be able to claim our sessions as a tax deductible expense. Please consult your accountant or tax advisor to ensure that you are meeting regulatory requirements if you do so.
CANCELLATION POLICY
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my consultation?
Reschedules and cancellations may be made via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or you will be charged for the total time scheduled.
